Jill Stevenson’s new collaboration with Adam Widoff is beautiful, haunting and memorable. This is Jill’s 5th album, no idea how many Wickoff may have made, but who really cares? Starting with a cover of Bob Dylan’s “Girl From The North Country” Jill sings her way through a relationship. One that produced some terrific music and maybe little else (for the rest of us anyway). With some vocal harmonies thrown in, the music is full and tasty.
