Maraca Five-0 "Unusual structures and melodies, dripping drama and art, but never losing sight of the surf. If you could take only the gloom and drama out of industrial and overlay surf with it, you might approach what's going on here. I think this one will stand the test of time." Phil Dirt, Saturday night DJ for San Fran's KFJC 89.7

FilthyChildren Don't let the name scare you. The funky, soulful, rhythmic grooves this band lays down is certain to give you the uncontrollable urge to jump on the dance floor and party all night long. Filthy's style and evolution is a derivation of it's solid cast and their influences. Featuring former members of the Funky Babylonians, present members of the Sammy Mayfield horns, and Micah Guy: former superstar front of the Fabulous Boogienauts, the Children would like you to come party with them and share a crab dinner or two.

Planet O The gravitational pull of Planet O is so strong, audience members have often remarked at how compelled they felt to “get up and dance.” This phenomenon can be attributed to the unusual vibrational make up of Planet O, which —through careful analysis— appears to layer the heavy beats of reggae with a trace of blues, a twinkling of jazz, and a heavy dose of funk. Planet O is definitely a jam band, but a jam band unlike others due to early influences of the Oakland Sound and the same forces that formed the Seattle grunge scene. Their reggae junky sound is undoubtedly permeated with the cool edge of rock and heavy metal.

George Inai Inai is garnering critical acclaim for his musical style, which has been described as \cinematic\" by Westword, and \"exotic\", and \"stellar\" by Music Connection magazine. Linger awhile at a cultural crossroads, where influences of Big Band Swing intersect with Mexican folk balladry and Japanese tradition to blaze a new frontier in Southwestern American music."
